Electronic Arts decided to drop online authorization DRM for Sims 3. Honestly, my eyes popped in amazement. Then a slow smile appeared on my face. Let me explain why this is a really good move.

When you go into a business venture it is important to begin the journey with the right frame of mind. Those that want to get rich quick usually do not succeed. Knowing the history of the community can give great insight on your odds of success for getting rich quick or getting rich off of another company’s IP.

Some people prefer desire to “fit in” with a group of people. Others prefer to stand out and be different. Fitting in vs. standing out can be very similar to leading vs. following. The success of both depends on character.
